Yoga in the Garden | 2026

Second Thursdays at 6-7pm
Meet at the Sans Souci Community Garden on Ethelridge Dr.
2026 Dates: April 9, May 14, June 11, July 9, September 10, & October 8

Join your community to reconnect and restore balance during an hour of gentle movement for every body! Bring a mat and blanket, and a chair, if you'd like the option to remain seated (instead of getting on the ground).
If it's your first time, I'll have a participation form for you to read and sign, which you can complete ahead of time here, too.
Suggested donation is $2 and benefits the Sans Souci Community Garden, which hosts concerts, movie nights, and more for the neighborhood.
